Order Processing
The majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 36 hours of being confirmed on WhatsApp.
If your order has not been dispatched within this timeframe, please contact our support team. In most cases, delays are due to stock availability or backordered items.
Shipping Method
We ship to Canada and South Africa. Orders within Canada are shipped with FedEx and usually arrive within 2 business days of dispatch; for South Africa, the courier and delivery estimate are confirmed in your WhatsApp chat. Pens are packed to stay cool in transit and should be refrigerated (2–8 °C) as soon as they arrive. We do not currently ship outside Canada and South Africa.
Carrier Responsibility & Delays
Once an order has been dispatched and handed off to FedEx, DRS Peptide is no longer responsible for shipping transit times.
While we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, we are happy to assist by contacting our FedEx representative to help investigate delayed shipments when possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
DRS Peptide is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit by FedEx.
Shipping protection must be added when you confirm your order on WhatsApp for coverage. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement in the event of loss, delay, or damage.
Important Notice
By placing an order with DRS Peptide, you acknowledge and agree that once your package is transferred to FedEx, all liability related to shipping, delivery delays, or transit damage transfers to the carrier.
